This document (the “Privacy Policy”) is formulated by “Variable Definition (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.” (Unified Social Credit Code: 91440300MAEHMJQ3XX, hereinafter “we” or “us”) and applies to the Offer Bull application and related services developed, operated, and owned by us. In this policy, “user” or “you” refers to the individual using Offer Bull.

2. Registration and Login

2.1 You can currently register and log in to Offer Bull using your mobile phone number. For this purpose, we need to collect and store your phone number. We only collect basic information necessary for providing our services and do not collect any of your sensitive personal data.

2.2 We use your account information to perform identity verification and ensure you can access all features of Offer Bull smoothly. The account information you provide will be used for account activation, management, and other basic operations.

3. Rules for Information Collection and Use

3.1 Specific Scope of Information Collection

(1) Information you provide voluntarily:

Credentials and verification data you provide when registering or logging in, such as password
Content you upload or enter during use, such as mock interview materials and feedback

(2) Information we collect automatically (only after you explicitly consent to the Privacy Policy):

Device-related information: To ensure account security, analyze user behavior, and provide a stable and high-quality service, we may, after your explicit consent, automatically collect the following device information (including during foreground use and the compliant, necessary background network initialization phase, such as briefly obtaining network parameters only to establish a secure connection):

Device model, operating system version, and device configuration
Android device identifiers: Android ID, OAID
Network information: IP address (including public IP), network connection status, built-in browser/system WebView type and version
Application runtime logs and crash diagnostics

Notes on Device Identifiers (Android ID, OAID):

Purpose: Used for install attribution, channel statistics, anti-cheating, and risk control; not used for personalized recommendations or precise profiling.
Method: Read locally by relevant SDKs after your consent and transmitted only via encrypted channels for attribution or risk-control calculations.
Scope: Limited to device identifiers and necessary device/network basics; does not involve contacts, photos, SMS, precise location, or other sensitive data.
Frequency: Read on first launch or when specific events occur; no high-frequency or background collection without user awareness.
Is it required: Only for optional attribution/risk control features; refusal does not affect core mock interview functionality.

3.2 Data Collection in Background State

We strictly follow the principle of “data minimization” in information collection:

(1) Background operation limits: When the app runs in the background and does not provide actual services to you, we will not actively collect your personal information.

(2) Necessary scenarios: Only in the following necessary scenarios may the app collect limited technical data in the background:

Logs required for app crash analysis and bug fixing
Device identifiers required for push messaging services
Basic device information required for account security verification

(3) User control: You can restrict the app’s background permissions in system settings. We respect your choices and this will not affect the normal use of the core features.

4. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and device identifiers are standard tools in today’s internet ecosystem. When you access or use Offer Bull, we may send one or more cookies or other anonymous identifiers to your device to recognize your device and record your usage preferences. These technologies help us provide a stable, smooth, and secure service experience, such as remembering your login status, analyzing service usage, and enhancing security protection.

Important: Mianshi Niuniu does not provide any form of targeted push services and does not push personalized content based on user behavior. Except for scenarios necessary to realize functionality, we will only enable identifiable device identifiers (such as Android ID, OAID, IP address) for attribution or statistical analysis after your explicit consent. If MAC address or software installation list—considered more sensitive—are involved, we will use them only where permitted by law, for legitimate purposes, and strictly within the minimum necessary scope, as explicitly disclosed in this policy.

Third-party SDK permissions & use of sensitive information:

Device MAC address: Used only under certain device/network conditions for attribution deduplication and security risk control; not used for user profiling; reading follows system permissions and platform restrictions; no high-frequency collection or cross-app correlation.
Software installation list: If needed to determine ad attribution effectiveness or anti-fraud, we only count necessary signals about whether relevant apps are installed; we do not collect detailed information about unrelated apps; not used for personalized recommendations; no high-frequency background scans.
IP address: Used for establishing network connections, regional statistics, and risk-control verification; not used as a basis for personalized recommendations.
Trigger conditions: Relevant SDKs are initialized only after you consent to the Privacy Policy; you can withdraw consent in Settings at any time to stop related processing.

5. Information Storage and Security

5.1 Data storage location: In accordance with mandatory legal requirements, all user personal information collected and generated in mainland China will be stored on servers located in the People’s Republic of China.

5.2 Retention period: We retain your personal information only for the reasonable period necessary to provide Offer Bull’s features. After the necessary period, we will anonymize or securely delete related information in accordance with security standards.

5.3 Consent management: On first launch, the app will display a privacy policy pop-up. Before you explicitly consent, we will not initialize any third-party SDKs that collect device identifiers for attribution, nor will we report any events containing device identifiers. You can view the privacy policy at any time in the app settings.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and relevant standards, we ensure that you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

The right to access, correct, and delete your personal information
The right to withdraw previously granted consent
The right to delete your account
The right to file complaints about violations

6.1 Account Deletion Rules and Process

You may delete your Offer Bull account at any time. To protect your rights, we provide the following method:

(1) In-app self-service deletion:

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete identity verification and submit the request
The system will automatically complete the account deletion process

(2) Data handling after deletion:

Important: Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion:

You will no longer be able to use this account to log in to Mianshi Niuniu
All personal information, usage records, and mock interview data under your account will be permanently deleted
You will not be able to recover any deleted data or information
We will delete your personal information to the extent technically feasible, except where otherwise required by law or regulation
For security reasons, we may retain necessary log information for risk control for no longer than the maximum period permitted by law

(3) Conditions and limitations:

Before deletion, please ensure there are no unfinished business processes under your account
Accounts with pending disputes must resolve them before deletion
Accounts involved in legal disputes or compliance investigations may not be deleted temporarily
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others, we may refuse manifestly improper requests

7. Compliance and Usage Boundaries

Important: Offer Bull is for personal learning, practice, and review before interviews. It does not provide, support, or encourage any form of real-time interview copilot, answer substitution, or exam proctor evasion.

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and the platform, please follow these boundaries:

Do not use or cite platform-generated content in formal interviews, written tests, online assessments, machine exams, online coding/algorithm tests, or similar scenarios.

Do not use or cite platform-generated content in national examinations, professional/qualification certification exams, school coursework or graduation materials, standardized tests, or ranking competitions.

Do not use or input platform-generated content in third-party evaluation systems or systems with AI scoring/behavior monitoring.

When uploading or entering content, minimize personal data and avoid submitting sensitive information or content under confidentiality obligations. If submission is necessary, please anonymize it first.
